Aplication of lean agile in production and management technical documentations

Abstract

The aim of this study is to present the advantages of implementing the lean agile methodology for the production and management of technical documentation, aiming to
improve performance in the management of technical documentation creation processes. The research adopts an inductive approach, based on qualitative and quantitative data collected through the analysis of data obtained from implementation, structured surveys, direct observations, and documentation. The data analysis will validate the ideas of the authors mentioned in this article and gather information to enable and support the research results with the application of the lean agile methodology in the production and management of technical documentation. This study highlights the numerous advantages that a company can obtain by implementing the lean agile methodology for the production and management of technical documentation. Through this work, the author synthesizes several suggestions as a reference for successful implementation. To avoid intrinsic complexity during implementation and meet the expectations of performance improvement
and reduction of deadlines in the delivery of technical documentation, it is essential to have a deep understanding of the concepts of Lean techniques and methods related to Lean philosophy, Lean office, agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Lean Agile formation. In addition to the methodology implementation, it is important to adopt a robust and efficient system (software) to manage all the content produced in all stages of the technical documentation creation processes. Therefore, this article challenges the reader to contribute to the optimization of processes, risk reduction, enabling incremental and agile
deliveries, and ultimately maximizing more accurate final deliveries to customers in the creation of quality technical documentation. This article explores the application of Lean
Agile in the production and management of technical documentation, specifically product instruction manuals, highlighting the benefits, challenges, and examples of successful implementation.
